Worried About A Friend?

If you think a friend might be thinking about suicide or if they have told you they are thinking about suicide, be sure to tell an adult who can help. You can also call 988 for advice. Some adults who may be helpful are: your school counselor, a trusted teacher, a parent, or any other adult you believe will help you and your friend. 

Need Help?

 Call 988! Talk to a trusted adult who can help, such as yout school counselor, teachers, or parent. Asking for help is difficult, but you are not alone and help is available.
